In order to coordinate charter services and comply with aviation regulations, BRAYH may collect and process certain personal information necessary to facilitate bookings and related services.

To deliver our services with precision and efficiency, BRAYH may collect personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, contact details, nationality, passport information, date of birth, billing information, company details (for corporate bookings), and passenger manifest data.

We may also collect travel preferences, concierge requests, and communication records necessary to fulfill client instructions.

Due to the global nature of private aviation, personal information may be transferred across international jurisdictions to aircraft operators, ground handlers, regulatory authorities, or service providers where required to execute a booking. By engaging our services, you consent to such transfers as operationally necessary.

BRAYH retains personal information only for as long as required to fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, maintain accounting records, and protect legitimate business interests. When no longer necessary, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
